Load Reading Equipment

Load Reader

This is the state of the art load reading unit, smaller, lighter and faster to program. The unit box can be customized according to respective client who wish the different box design to suit individual usage and color.

Each box is using galvanized metal or hardened PVC. These boxes can be used for outdoor and will have hanging mount for easier to mount on Pole mounted transformers. It is also weather proof.

Current Transformer Clamps

The hexagon clamp method has been proven to be much easier to work with. This clamps fit better in tight corner where the cables are too close to other cables or wall compared to the circular ones. This clamps shape has been favorites for the utility companies world wide due to easier to clamp on cables which has complicated terminations.

CT wiring also can be designed to have longer wire for easier/flexible installations (user define). Our CT manufacturer has type test report and calibration report to verify the reliability of the CT. Variation of CT recommended are 600/5 and 1000/5 where by both rated class 1.

The opening of the current transformer is approximately at 55mm. It is suitable for all sizes of cable at TNB PE unless the cables are blocked away from each other where the current transformer clamp does not have space to move in to clamp on the cables.

Besides this type of CT clamps, we have many other ratings and shapes of the clamps. This will help customers to fit into various applications whichever best fits.
